HR Assistant – Regional Support

About the role

Join the Medical Services Business Line as an HR Assistant, supporting regional human resources functions across the MSI region. Based in St Pierre at Vivea Business Park, you will provide essential administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth HR operations in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track due dates for mandatory international training modules, compliance certifications, and technical badges across multiple country teams.
• Issue timely reminders to local HR teams and employees about upcoming training deadlines.
• Coordinate training logistics with Learning & Development and Talent Management, including virtual session scheduling and material distribution.
• Extract, compile, and analyse headcount, absenteeism, and rotation data to support workforce planning.
• Maintain regional organisational charts and personnel records with high accuracy.
• Manage complex interview scheduling across time zones, handling calendar invites for candidates, HR staff, and Country Managers.
• Organise onboarding documentation, securely filing diplomas, certifications, background checks, and other essential information.
• Arrange routine travel, mobilisation paperwork, and scheduling for personnel assigned to remote sites.
• Act as an administrative liaison between the regional HR team and local country offices to gather required documentation.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of compliance deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with local HR teams, employees, and international colleagues.
• Proactive and organized, able to coordinate multiple tasks across different time zones.
• Interest in supporting human capital development on a regional scale.
