HR Intern – Engagement & Diversity Support

About the role

Join DHL Global Forwarding in Port Louis as an HR Intern focused on Engagement and Diversity initiatives. You will provide day‑to‑day administrative support to help increase employee engagement, productivity, and support Learning & Development activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Engagement and Diversity programs, including routine tasks for recognition and motivation initiatives.
• Assist with data consolidation, file maintenance, and reporting for Engagement and Diversity projects.
• Support Learning & Development processes: schedule trainings, make course bookings, maintain training records, answer queries, and enter data into the HRIS.
• Prepare and distribute training announcements and track attendance rates.
• Support internal communications by handling repetitive administrative tasks and gathering standard information.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with little to no prior experience.
• Works under direct supervision and follows defined procedures and guidelines.
• Comfortable performing routine, repetitive tasks and handling basic administrative duties.

Required skills

• Experience with HRIS for data entry and record keeping.
