Human Resources Intern

About the role

The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks, gaining hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training coordination, and HR record management. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a luxury hospitality environment and develop foundational HR skills.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment activities, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes for new employees and interns.
• Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
• Help coordinate training sessions and employee activities.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally and a detail‑oriented mindset.
