Implementation Consultant – Integrations

About the role

As an Implementation Consultant on the Integrations team, you will lead worldwide projects that connect goFLUENT language training and assessment solutions with clients' Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). You will guide each project from definition through execution, testing, and deployment, ensuring seamless integration for large global companies.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to design integration solutions for clients.
• Advise and support clients on LMS/ATS integrations, including Single Sign‑On technologies such as SAML, SCIM, LTI, and REST APIs.
• Coordinate with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
• Provide technical support for integration‑related issues.
• Train internal teams and disseminate integration knowledge across the organization.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of proven project‑management experience.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Organizational ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
