Implementation Consultant / Project Manager – Electronic Invoicing

About the role
We are seeking an Implementation Consultant / Project Manager to lead electronic invoicing projects for our clients. The role combines technical configuration, project coordination and client‑facing activities to ensure successful delivery of invoicing solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops with clients to capture detailed business requirements.
- Prepare project documentation, including specifications and framing documents.
- Install, deploy and configure software solutions from the client’s product portfolio.
- Perform internal acceptance testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) with the client.
- Deliver training sessions on system usage and support the production go‑live.
- Collaborate with development teams when configuration or parameterisation orders are required.
Required profile
- Technical‑functional background with experience in implementation projects.
- Proven project management experience.
- Comfortable working directly with clients in a client‑facing role.
- Basic scripting skills (optional).
- Proficiency in French.
