Implementation Manager (Technical Functional Consultant)

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Manager who blends project‑management rigor with hands‑on technical expertise. You will own the full lifecycle of software deployments for European clients, primarily in France, guiding projects from initial scoping workshops through configuration, testing and go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client workshops to capture business requirements and produce a clear Statement of Work.
• Install, parameterise and configure our financial automation software to integrate with client ERP and accounting systems.
• Provide integration consulting, mapping data flows and advising on API, SSO/SAML and file‑exchange mechanisms.
• Design and execute internal tests, facilitate User Acceptance Testing and support production go‑live.
• Deliver end‑user training to ensure smooth adoption of the new platform.
• Document complex customisation requests and coordinate with the internal development team.

Required profile

• Strong IT background or technical education; comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, authentication protocols and file formats.
• Good understanding of financial, accounting or ERP processes (e.g., accounts payable/receivable).
• Ability to manage 10‑15 concurrent short‑duration projects.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
• Proactive problem‑solver with a knack for translating business needs into technical specifications.
