Indoor Sales & Administrative Clerk

About the role

The Indoor Sales & Administrative Clerk supports the sales team in Pailles by handling walk‑in and telephone enquiries, preparing quotations and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This full‑time, on‑site position combines customer‑facing duties with routine office tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and respond to walk‑in and phone enquiries from clients.
• Prepare and issue sales quotations.
• Assist the sales team with follow‑ups, documentation and record‑keeping.
• Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling and maintaining project and client records.
• Coordinate information flow between design, project and sales teams.
• Provide basic customer‑service support as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum education: Secondary School Certificate (SC).
• Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage.
• Clear and effective communication skills for client and internal interactions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and keep accurate records.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with word‑processing software.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheet applications.
• Competence in using email for business communication.
