Intern - Digital Support

About the role

This internship supports Ocorian’s global business by assisting with the use, maintenance, and improvement of the Group’s business applications. You will help ensure high‑quality data, consistent processes, and reliable reporting across all jurisdictions while adhering to the company’s information security and control standards.

Key responsibilities

• Become familiar with the suite of applications used by the global business and the IT department.
• Investigate and resolve user issues raised via the IT Service Desk, escalating to senior team members when needed.
• Contribute to and maintain clear support documentation and system integration records.
• Perform process, application, and data analysis to support existing and new line‑of‑business applications.
• Assist in projects involving conversion, implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of applications, including test case creation and execution.
• Support the rollout of standard business processes and continuous improvements across all jurisdictions.
• Follow change‑control and release‑management procedures, ensuring documentation stays up‑to‑date.
• Share knowledge and provide assistance to other members of the Applications team.
