Intern - Digital Support

About the role

Join Ocorian as a Digital Support Intern and assist the global team in maintaining and improving the suite of business applications that power our operations. You will work closely with senior colleagues to ensure data quality, process consistency, and reliable reporting across all jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Familiarise yourself with the range of applications used by the global business and the IT department.
• Investigate and resolve user‑raised issues via the IT Service Desk, escalating to senior team members when needed.
• Contribute to and maintain clear support documentation and system integration records.
• Perform process, application, and data analysis to support existing and new line‑of‑business applications.
• Assist in conversion, implementation, upgrade, and maintenance projects, including test case creation and execution.
• Support the rollout of standard business processes and continuous improvements across all jurisdictions.
• Adhere to IT change‑control and release‑management standards, keeping documentation up to date.
• Share knowledge and provide assistance to other members of the Applications team.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication skills for interacting with users and team members.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of producing clear documentation.
