Introducing Broker – Client Acquisition (Mauritius)

About the role

EC Markets is seeking an Introducing Broker to join its on‑site team in Mauritius. You will be responsible for expanding the client base by identifying, qualifying and onboarding new traders and partners for the company’s CFD offering.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads, onboarding new clients, partners and affiliates.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide clear, compliant product information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to open accounts and support clients in navigating trading platforms.
• Collect and relay market feedback to improve products and services.
• Attend meetings and events, track performance metrics and work toward agreed business‑development targets.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or client acquisition within financial services, preferably FX/CFD.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and networking abilities.
• Solid understanding of trading products (forex, commodities, indices, metals, energies, crypto) or willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
