IT Specialist – Level 1 Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Specialist to provide Level 1 support for our end‑users. You will be the first point of contact for hardware, software and network issues, ensuring fast resolution within defined SLA targets.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Service Desk tickets from creation to resolution, escalating complex cases to higher‑level teams in Switzerland or Vietnam.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware, software and network problems, identifying root causes and applying fixes.
• Install, configure and maintain Windows and macOS computers, peripherals and related software.
• Collaborate remotely with the Group IT team on projects, upgrades and system improvements.
• Provide end‑user training on IT tools and best practices.
• Manage local IT procurement, work with suppliers and maintain inventory records.
• Review and update local IT procedures and documentation.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports and perform miscellaneous duties such as user account management.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in IT Support or Service Desk environments.
• Fluent spoken and written English and French.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work well in a team.
• Logical, detail‑oriented problem‑solver with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
