Junior Account Manager – Medical Services (French‑speaking Africa)

About the role

As a Junior Account Manager within the Medical Services Business Line, you will manage and nurture a portfolio of clients across French‑speaking African markets. The role blends direct client engagement with operational and administrative duties, offering a platform to develop account‑management expertise while contributing to client success.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated day‑to‑day contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand evolving needs.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, coordinate service reviews, and manage issue resolution to maintain high satisfaction.
• Participate in business review meetings and strategic engagements, including quarterly Health Partner Reviews.
• Oversee the complete renewal lifecycle, preparing quotes, discussing pricing, obtaining internal approvals, and meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare contracts and generate accurate quotes using CLM and CPQ tools.
• Monitor and report on renewal targets, supporting revenue goals within your portfolio.
• Maintain comprehensive client information in Salesforce, ensuring data is up‑to‑date.
• Ensure strict adherence to the end‑to‑end sales process and company policies.

• Works collaboratively with the Cluster Sales Manager and internal teams.
