Key responsibilities

• Support a variety of business functions across Corporate Secretarial, Fund Administration, Regulatory & Compliance, Accounting, and Tax, gaining broad exposure.
• Assist with administrative, operational, compliance, and client deliverables, ensuring work is completed accurately, professionally, and within established deadlines.
• Help maintain records, prepare documentation, update internal systems, and support regulatory, accounting, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across different teams, learning best practices while contributing to day‑to‑day business activities and projects.
• Develop technical knowledge and professional skills through on‑the‑job training, mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of business operations.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, Economics, or another relevant discipline.
• Genuine interest in building a career within the financial services and corporate services industry.
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to take on new challenges in a dynamic and professional environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
