Junior Digital Content Designer

About the role

OXYZENN DIGITALA is looking for a Junior Digital Content Designer to transform client visions into eye‑catching graphics and short videos. You will work closely with the digital marketing team to produce content that engages audiences across social media, email campaigns and website assets.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality graphics and video assets for social platforms, email marketing, website banners and other digital promotions.
• Collaborate with marketers to design visual elements for organic posts and paid advertisements.
• Produce short, engaging videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and align content ideas with client objectives.
• Stay current with design trends, social media best practices and emerging video‑editing techniques.
• Manage shifting priorities and meet delivery deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video‑content creation.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience using Canva for design.
• Basic video‑editing skills with CapCut.
• Basic video‑editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro.
