About the role

ABZ Group is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketer to join its fast‑growing team. You will support the creation and execution of data‑driven marketing initiatives across multiple online platforms, helping the company maintain its leading position in Mauritius.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse consumer trends and extract actionable insights.
• Transform complex data into clear, visual graphics.
• Monitor customer feedback and adjust strategies to improve retention.
• Manage social media channels, update websites and blogs with fresh content.
• Design and distribute surveys to collect feedback.
• Identify emerging trends and allocate marketing budget accordingly.
• Conceptualise, launch and optimise creative marketing campaigns.
• Track website performance metrics and ensure steady traffic growth.
• Prepare regular, data‑rich reports for the team.
• Experiment with new technologies, platforms and collaborative projects.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑starter capable of managing time in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
