Junior ESG Reporting Consultant (Economics and Finance Graduate)

About the role

Deloitte International Services is looking for Economics or Finance graduates to join its ESG and Content Management team as a Junior ESG Reporting Consultant. The team supports leading asset managers and financial institutions in meeting European sustainable finance regulatory requirements, focusing on SFDR, EU Taxonomy and other ESG reporting frameworks. The role develops knowledge of sustainable finance and the asset management industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing ESG and SFDR reports and disclosures.
• Support the collection, analysis and validation of ESG data.
• Research SFDR, EU Taxonomy and other ESG regulatory developments.
• Analyse ESG requirements and turn them into reporting outputs.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of reports.
• Support client onboarding and ongoing reporting activities.
• Work with internal teams and international clients to deliver on time.
• Contribute to improving reporting processes and working methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Sustainable Finance or a related field.
• 0 to 2 years of relevant experience; graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding or interest in ESG, sustainable finance and financial regulations.
• Fluent English; French is an advantage.
