Junior Finance Transformation Analyst

About the role

Graphite Asset Advisory is seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join as a Junior Finance Transformation Analyst for a 3‑6 month period. You will act as a bridge between finance and technology, enhancing client‑facing dashboards, handling data requests, and supporting research and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Process client requests for dashboard updates, data queries, and reporting enhancements.
• Maintain, update, and continuously improve client‑facing dashboards for accuracy and relevance.
• Implement design tweaks, new features, and modules using Claude, Power BI, Python, and related tools.
• Integrate AI‑driven automation and emerging technologies to streamline reporting workflows.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Assist in daily portfolio administration, including performance reconciliation and transaction tracking.
• Prepare detailed performance reports and support investment research projects.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by senior leadership as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Applied Computing, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts such as portfolio management, investment reporting, reconciliation, and financial statements.
• Academic or internship exposure to the investment industry is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Power BI for dashboard design, data modelling, and publishing.
• Experience with Claude or Python for data manipulation, automation, and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and visualisation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Snowflake) for data storage and processing.
