Junior Legal Officer – Corporate Law Support

About the role

Join Mercator® by Citco as a Junior Legal Officer and support senior lawyers in delivering corporate legal services to multinational clients across more than 170 jurisdictions. You will be involved in every stage of the company lifecycle, ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in providing corporate legal advice to clients operating in foreign jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review legal documents for company formation, restructuring, and dissolution.
• Perform or monitor statutory filings with local authorities to meet legal deadlines.
• Coordinate with business partners, clients, and internal teams worldwide to gather necessary information and documentation.

Required profile

• Law degree (LL.B, J.D. or equivalent).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and flexible.
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
