Junior Legal Operations Specialist – Remote (Mauritius)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Legal Operations Specialist to join Rivermate, the Employer of Record brand of Hightekers Group. Working remotely from Mauritius, you will support the end‑to‑end contract lifecycle for clients and freelancers across the EMEA region, ensuring legal documents are accurate, compliant and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and monitor global contract cycles, from drafting to signing, for both clients and freelancers.
• Maintain and update legal databases, guaranteeing data integrity across multiple jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations teams to align contract terms with business needs.
• Process service agreements with high technical precision using e‑signature and CLM tools.
• Identify bottlenecks, flag errors and propose improvements to streamline legal delivery.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in legal operations, contract administration or a similar structured administrative role.
• Experience handling high‑volume contract cycles and managing digital archives.
• Familiarity with international business environments and legal‑tech solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset and process‑driven work style.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
