Junior PMO Analyst – Project Management

About the role

As a Junior PMO Analyst you will join Allianz Services' growing PMO‑as‑a‑Service team, supporting global projects across IT transformation, regulatory, insurance, finance and operational excellence. You will gain hands‑on experience in project tracking, reporting and stakeholder communication while developing analytical and advisory capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Support project tracking for scope, timeline, cost and risk.
• Produce status reports, dashboards and project artefacts ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist governance activities, stakeholder communications and follow‑ups.
• Apply project‑management methods under supervision (Agile and classic).
• Conduct research, summarise insights and contribute to decision‑making.
• Use collaboration tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint to coordinate tasks.
• Execute assigned tasks on time and build understanding of project context.

Required profile

• Degree in Technology, IT, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in project management or consulting.
• Familiarity with project steering, governance and both Agile and classical methodologies.
• Understanding of the full project lifecycle and delivery phases.
• Ability to interpret data, apply structured problem‑solving and meet deadlines.
