Junior PMO Expert – Project Management

About the role

As part of Allianz Services' growing PMO‑as‑a‑Service offering, you will join global teams to support a variety of projects, including IT transformation, regulatory, and operational excellence initiatives. You will develop analytical and stakeholder‑management capabilities while contributing to successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project performance across scope, timeline, cost and risk, identifying deviations and producing structured reports.
• Manage governance activities, stakeholder communication and follow‑ups for defined areas.
• Analyse project data, highlight risks and trends, and propose initial recommendations.
• Apply and adapt project management methods (Agile and classical) to each project context.

Required profile

• Degree in Technology, IT, Project Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, PMO or consulting environments.
• Solid experience in project governance, steering and methodologies (Agile and classical).
• Strong analytical, planning and organisational skills with the ability to work independently in complex environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project and Jira.
• Knowledge of Agile and classical project management methodologies.
• Ability to analyse project data and produce insightful reports.
