Junior Private Banker

About the role
This position is for a Junior Private Banker who will act as a wealth manager for high‑net‑worth (HNW) clients. Based in Mauritius or working remotely abroad, you will join Credence Group’s independent asset‑management platform and be responsible for managing a personal portfolio of HNW investors across offshore banks.
Key responsibilities
- Introduce global HNW investors to the firm and open their accounts with partner banks.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication and service.
- Conduct client risk analysis and continuously evaluate portfolio performance.
- Design and deliver personalized wealth‑management solutions aligned with clients’ financial goals.
- Collaborate with clients to create clear, long‑term investment roadmaps.
Required profile
- Transferable assets under management (AUM) and an existing network of HNW client relationships (mandatory).
- Ability to design tailored financial strategies (preferred).
- Experience with global investment products, wealth structuring, financial planning and retirement planning (preferred).
