Junior Procurement & Logistics Data Clerk

About the role

Alleos is seeking a Junior Procurement & Logistics Data Clerk to support its Operations team. The role combines administrative, analytical and coordination tasks across procurement and sea‑freight logistics, offering a solid entry point into supply‑chain management.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, maintain and validate supplier, pricing, product and freight data in internal databases and ERP systems.
• Assist the procurement team with market research, supplier quotations, RFQ preparation and onboarding documentation.
• Provide administrative support for sea‑freight bookings, shipping documentation, container tracking and freight‑rate comparisons.
• Collect and analyse operational data to produce basic reports, dashboards and presentations for management.
• Maintain organized filing systems for purchase orders, quotations and supplier documentation.

Required profile

• Interest in procurement, international trade and logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data integrity.
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to identify process improvements.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with freight forwarders, suppliers and internal teams.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems for data entry and transaction tracking.
• Data analysis and basic reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining spreadsheets and dashboards.
