Junior Quantity Surveyor – Construction & HVAC Projects

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and support a range of HVAC construction projects. This position offers the chance to develop core surveying skills while gaining exposure to the technical and commercial aspects of the building industry.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in preparing monthly payment applications and cost reports.
- Monitor project costs, variations, and subcontractor payments.
- Support project teams on contractual and commercial matters.
- Prepare cash‑flow forecasts and project allowables.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
Required profile
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- At least one year of experience in quantity surveying.
- Willingness to work on HVAC projects, even without prior HVAC experience.
- Good understanding of construction and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication abilities.
