Junior Sales Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Operations professional to own the operational side of our sales process in Mauritius. You will work closely with the founding team from day one, ensuring leads are qualified, outreach is executed, and client onboarding runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads such as founders, law firms, accountants and relocation agencies.
• Run outreach sequences and keep the sales funnel active.
• Maintain the CRM – update stages, schedule follow‑ups and prevent any slip‑through.
• Onboard new clients and monitor their incorporation milestones.
• Produce weekly dashboards reporting on conversion rates, outreach activity and active dossiers.

Required profile

• Resident of Mauritius, fluent in English and French.
• Business degree or relevant experience in operations, sales or administration.
• Highly organized, autonomous and able to manage multiple dossiers simultaneously.
• Interest in legal‑tech, startups and international company formation.
• Knowledge of Creole is a plus for regional outreach.
