Junior Salesforce Support Agent

About the role

Checkout.com is seeking a motivated Junior Salesforce Support Agent to join its Mauritius team. You will be the first point of contact for internal users, ensuring smooth operation of the Salesforce platform and helping the business deliver seamless digital payment experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level functional and technical support for Salesforce‑related queries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues concerning Salesforce functionality, data, and integrations.
• Log and manage support requests in the case management system, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in creating and updating documentation for Salesforce processes and support procedures.
• Collaborate with senior agents and developers to escalate complex problems.
• Conduct basic training sessions for users on Salesforce features.
• Participate in testing new Salesforce features and updates before deployment.
• Contribute actively in team meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience working with Salesforce.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Quick learner of new technologies.
