Junior Supply Chain Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Associate to join our Mauritius team. You will support the end‑to‑end order management process for customers and suppliers across multiple countries, ensuring accurate data in our ERP system and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and create customer sales orders in the ERP system, monitor quantities and delivery dates via Power BI reports.
• Communicate order status, delays or early deliveries to customers and participate in regular customer calls.
• Generate purchase orders for suppliers, track confirmations, and attend supplier calls.
• Assess impact of production or supplier delays and implement corrective or preventative actions.
• Collaborate with regulatory, quality, project and logistics teams to resolve order‑related issues.
• Maintain master data in ERP, support KPI reporting and provide pricing and profitability information to Finance.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Good communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proficiency in Power BI for reporting.
• Familiarity with SharePoint for document sharing.
