About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Kitchen Assistant and help create memorable dining experiences for guests in a premium all‑inclusive environment. You will work in vibrant restaurants and bars, supporting buffet service and ensuring every dish is presented with creativity and precision.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and make adjustments as needed.
• Check the setup, appeal, and replenishment of buffets serving 600‑1000 covers per service.
• Provide personalized plating‑up service at the buffet, enhancing guest interaction.
• Guarantee quality of service while complying with Club Med health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain resort assets related to kitchen operations.
