Kitchen Assistant – Resort Hospitality

About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Kitchen Assistant and help create memorable dining experiences for guests in a premium all‑inclusive environment. You will work in vibrant resort restaurants and bars, supporting buffet service for up to 1,000 covers per shift.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure dishes are presented correctly and make adjustments as needed.
• Set up, maintain the appearance, and replenish buffet stations throughout service.
• Provide personalized plating‑up service, enhancing guest interaction at the buffet.
• Guarantee compliance with Club Med health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in the upkeep of resort assets related to food service.

Required profile

• Creative and skilled in producing innovative, flavourful cuisine.
• Meticulous with a strong understanding of hygiene and safety regulations.
• Passionate about delivering emotional, sensory experiences to guests.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑faceted resort environment.
• Open to collaborating with a diverse, international team.
