L2 Infrastructure & Network Engineer – Workspace ONE Endpoint Deployment

About the role

Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced L2 Infrastructure & Network Engineer to provide autonomous Level 2 support for a large international environment. The role focuses on server, virtualization, network, firewall, and global endpoint deployment activities using Workspace ONE.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 infrastructure and network support remotely across multiple subsidiary countries.
• Administer Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Ubuntu, including OS patching.
• Manage VMware VCF, vSphere and vSAN environments.
• Support Active Directory, DNS and DHCP services.
• Handle storage and backup administration tasks.
• Configure and troubleshoot Arista, Cisco and HP switches.
• Maintain Check Point/Gaia firewalls, including OS patching and VPN management.
• Execute application packaging and global rollout through Workspace ONE UEM.
• Process incidents, requests and changes via ServiceNow.
• Produce clear documentation and structured handovers within a 24 × 5 shift model.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in infrastructure, network or systems support.
• Strong professional communication in English and French.
• High autonomy, analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Reliability in an SLA‑driven environment and cybersecurity awareness.
