Language Services Project Manager

About the role

The Language Services Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end production of voice‑over, translation and transcreation projects for TV, radio and digital channels. Working within Publicis Production’s EMEA hub, you will coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality multilingual content that aligns with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of voice‑over and language projects, from brief assessment and quoting to scheduling and delivery.
• Coordinate with VO talent, post‑production teams, translators, transcreators and client service teams to ensure brand alignment and timely execution.
• Negotiate with in‑market suppliers, monitor performance, and meet margin targets.
• Streamline VO production processes, improve efficiency and ensure consistent deadlines.
• Prepare translation files, create detailed briefs, and maintain glossaries and playbooks for consistency.

Required profile

• Strong oral and written English; additional language knowledge is a plus.
• Degree‑level education and documented project‑management experience.
• Client‑facing experience, preferably in media, sound or video production.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, highly organized and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with CAT tools such as Trados or Phrase.
• Proficiency in project‑management platforms.
• High computer literacy and ability to work with translation and copy‑deck files.
