Lead Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology solutions. In this role you will work closely with product owners, developers and testers to ensure requirements are clear, testable and delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business needs and translate them into functional designs and detailed specifications.
• Collaborate with product owners to map requirements and create epics and user stories.
• Maintain the requirements lifecycle, ensuring traceability and change control.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to capture domain knowledge and reach consensus among stakeholders.
• Draft acceptance test criteria and test scripts, run acceptance tests and support UAT activities.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non‑technical teams, providing guidance during implementation.
• Propose solutions, suggest improvements and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on client projects.
• Strong workshop planning and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams (IT, QA, Business).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with influence on system design decisions.
• Agile mindset and flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities.
• Proactive ownership of deliverables and comfort with ambiguity.
