Lead NetSuite Developer

About the role

Cloud At Work is building in‑house ERP and digital transformation products for the Mauritian market and beyond. As a Lead NetSuite Developer you will shape product concepts, design technical architecture and guide the development of reliable, market‑ready applications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse functional requirements from consultants and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Design and develop front‑end and back‑end components for web applications.
• Create and maintain REST APIs, JSON data exchanges and integrations with third‑party services.
• Integrate solutions with ERP systems, cloud platforms and other business applications.
• Ensure code security, performance, maintainability and scalability.
• Implement automated tests, resolve defects and produce clear documentation.
• Support deployment, provide technical assistance and drive continuous product improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (preferred) or strong practical development experience.
• Professional experience developing web applications and delivering reliable solutions.
• Ability to understand business requirements and propose appropriate technical designs.
• Fluent in English and French.

• NetSuite development and functional knowledge.
• JavaScript and web application development (front‑end and back‑end).

• Security principles, access management and data protection.
