Leasing Assistant (6‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Leasing Assistant will support the Leasing, Factoring and SME teams by performing administrative tasks and cleaning the client database. This 6‑month fixed‑term position ensures records are accurate and day‑to‑day operations run smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support data cleansing of the leasing database to keep client information up‑to‑date.
• Contact existing clients to request updated KYC documents where required.
• Update and maintain records within the data‑cleansing system.
• Conduct outreach to prospective clients to raise awareness of Factoring, Leasing and SME products.
• Ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate interaction logs during data‑cleansing activities.
• Work in an organised manner to support efficient processing and follow‑up.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth execution of tasks and data accuracy.
• Support overall business objectives through timely completion of assigned activities.
• Perform additional related duties as required within the Business Unit.

Required profile

• Minimum Higher School Certificate.
• Comfortable using basic IT tools and systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
