About the role
We are seeking a Level 1 Cybersecurity Engineer to join our security operations team. The role involves acting as a digital guardian for our customers, providing continuous protection against cyber threats on a 24/7 roster.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor network traffic and security alerts around the clock.
- Identify vulnerabilities and respond to incidents, including malware and ransomware attacks.
- Investigate security breaches and conduct root‑cause analysis.
- Deploy and maintain protective software and enforce security protocols.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
Required profile
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
- A degree or diploma in a related field.
Required skills
- CCNA certification.
- CompTIA Security+ certification.
- Linux operating system knowledge.
- Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certification.
