Manager - Structuring

About the role

The Manager – Structuring will design and promote tailored structuring solutions for corporate, institutional and private banking clients, covering a wide range of asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and structure customised solutions incorporating FX options, interest‑rate, commodity and equity‑linked derivatives.
• Develop innovative investment products offering capital protection, yield enhancement or market participation.
• Work with Investment Solutions and other Bank teams to price and structure complex transactions.
• Maintain a pipeline of structured product opportunities aligned with market developments and client demand.
• Advise clients on investment, risk‑management and hedging strategies and drive revenue growth through structured products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field; master’s degree advantageous.
• Professional qualification such as CFA or FRM highly desirable.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in structured products, derivatives structuring or treasury sales.
• Proven track record in structuring and distributing derivatives solutions to corporate or institutional clients.
• Prior people‑management or team‑leadership experience preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of derivative pricing and financial markets.
• Experience with FX options, interest‑rate derivatives, commodity derivatives and equity‑linked products.
