Marketing & Communications Coordinator

About the role

Reneworld, a leading solar energy company in Mauritius, is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support the execution of its marketing activities and strengthen brand presence across the island. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, high‑quality communication across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing marketing and communication plans across digital and offline platforms.
• Coordinate day‑to‑day social media management, website updates, and campaign roll‑outs.
• Support content creation and liaise with external suppliers such as designers, videographers, and SEO partners.
• Help organise events, activations, and community‑engagement activities.
• Track marketing spend and prepare basic performance reports for review.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and communications (digital and/or traditional).
• Good understanding of content, campaigns, and brand communication.
• Comfortable working with external suppliers and coordinating deliverables.
• Basic analytical skills and familiarity with marketing metrics or reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
