Marketing Event Coordinator (EMEA)

About the role

goFLUENT, a global B2B language learning company founded in 2000 and headquartered in Geneva, is hiring a Marketing Event Coordinator in its Mauritius office. The role works closely with Sales teams across EMEA to create events and campaigns that connect with target audiences, strengthen market presence and generate new business. It covers webinars, industry events, private events and off-site experiences, from idea to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales teams to understand their priorities, identify the right audiences and create event initiatives that reach target prospects.
• Plan and deliver events, taking ownership of projects from start to finish, including webinars, industry events, private events and off-site initiatives, coordinating logistics, timelines, stakeholders and promotion.
• Grow and manage the audience database, working on segmentation and lead qualification so the right prospects receive the right content and event.
• Turn client stories into webinars, customer stories or off-site use cases with Key Clients and Sales Managers.
• Track event performance and key metrics, analyse results and provide actionable insights.
• Propose and test new ideas to improve the event strategy and increase sales impact and ROI.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B events, B2B marketing or project management.
• Experience in HR, L&D, EdTech or SaaS is a plus.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Additional languages such as Portuguese, Italian, German, French or Spanish are a strong plus.

What we offer

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with Mauritian public holidays applying.
• One remote day per week after three months.
