Masterdata Specialist

About the role

The key purpose of this role is to support the business in its growth phase by providing quality Master Data for the procurement process. You will work closely with category leads and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets, simplify product stock codes for management reports.
• Automate master data processes and reporting using VBA in Excel.
• Process, update, validate, and approve/reject master data requests.
• Generate obsolete or duplicate master data lists and perform data cleansing.
• Capture and verify master data information, ensuring completeness on systems.
• Communicate status to requestors, stakeholders, and escalate issues as needed.
• Support audit requirements and collaborate with the Master Data & Compliance Lead.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to conceptualize business‑impact focused analytics.
• Effective communication and collaborative working relationships.
• Experience with analytics tools and advanced Excel functionalities.
