Multiple SaaS Platform Engineer Roles (Full‑Stack, DevOps, SRE)

About the role

DuoKey is expanding its engineering hub in Mauritius and is looking for experienced engineers to join its SaaS platform team. You can apply as a Full‑Stack Engineer (Rust/React), a Platform DevOps Engineer, or a Site Reliability Engineer, depending on your background and interests.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement full‑stack features using Rust (backend) and React (frontend), including secure APIs and UI components.
• Build, maintain, and automate CI/CD pipelines and IaC using Terraform, deploying Kubernetes‑based environments across multiple clouds.
• Ensure production reliability, scalability, and performance by defining SLOs/SLIs, implementing observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and handling on‑call rotations.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into technical specifications and improve platform security and compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full‑stack development, DevOps/platform engineering, or site reliability.
• Strong Linux fundamentals, Git proficiency, and a production‑mindset.
• Experience working with cloud providers (AWS and/or GCP) and cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Rust, React, ASP.NET Core.NET (C#), Angular, TypeScript, REST API design.
• Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform (or similar IaC), CI/CD pipelines.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Linux, Git.
• Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), monitoring, logging, alerting.
