Night Receptionist

About the role

The Night Receptionist welcomes guests to Constance Le Chaland, ensuring a smooth and friendly check‑in experience while handling any immediate inquiries. Working the night shift, you act as the primary point of contact throughout guests' stay, delivering personalised service in a tranquil, ocean‑front setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, professional reception for arriving guests and manage the night check‑in process.
• Maintain clear, courteous communication with guests, colleagues and external partners via in‑person, phone and email.
• Accurately process reservations, updates and special requests using the property management system.
• Assist guests during their stay, resolve issues promptly and offer tailored recommendations.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a hotel, hospitality or customer‑facing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
• Polished professional appearance reflecting the brand’s standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and varying night shifts.
