About the role
This entry‑level position provides corporate secretarial and governance support within a global investor services group. Working under supervision, the Officer will handle routine operational tasks while developing core competencies in compliance and client administration.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare board and general meeting documents, minutes, resolutions and statutory updates.
- Conduct compliance and due‑diligence activities such as client file reviews, CDD verification, bad‑press checks and transaction monitoring.
- Process payment instructions, monitor cash collection and proactively flag service issues.
- Maintain accurate records, including timesheets, planning information and organisational structure documentation.
- Support bank relationship management by assisting with account openings, periodic file reviews and signatory change coordination.
Required profile
- University degree or related professional qualification.
- Entry‑level candidate able to work under supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized processes.
