Officer 2 – Private Wealth Administration (Corporate Secretarial)

About the role

You will master all aspects of corporate secretarial and corporate legal work for a range of corporate structures within a leading Investor Services group. Working under the supervision of a team leader, you will handle routine operational matters and communicate with clients to resolve issues that do not immediately impact the client relationship.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain corporate secretarial documentation for various entities.
• Support the legal team with corporate governance and compliance tasks.
• Interact with clients on routine operational queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with the client‑linked Cluster to build strong relationships and understand client needs.
• Mentor and review work of junior team members, ensuring proper training and quality.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance service delivery.

Required profile

• Degree holder or partially qualified ICA.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar corporate secretarial or legal role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients.
