About the role

You will develop expertise in corporate secretarial and legal matters across various corporate structures, handling routine operational matters under the guidance of your team leader. You will build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expertise in corporate secretarial and legal administration.
• Handle routine operational matters for diverse corporate structures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members.
• Contribute to process improvement and add value to the business.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or partial qualification with ICSA.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar corporate secretarial role.
• Hands‑on experience across various corporate structures.
• Ability to manage routine client matters effectively.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
