Onboarding Administrator – Client Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an Onboarding Administrator to join our Client Solutions team. The role will coordinate the onboarding of new clients, ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant, and provide day‑to‑day support to maintain high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and service requests, delivering professional and timely responses.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including documentation collection, verification, and system access setup.
• Schedule and manage client meetings, follow‑ups, and service review sessions with internal teams.
• Maintain client records in CRM and internal databases, ensuring data integrity and privacy compliance.
• Support the preparation of client proposals, engagement letters, and other contractual documents.
• Track key dates such as contract renewals, compliance deadlines, and onboarding milestones.
• Generate and distribute regular reports on client activity, engagement trends, and service‑level performance.
• Assist with data audits, clean‑ups, and ongoing updates to client records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Law or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in client onboarding, client services, or administration, preferably within a financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of client onboarding processes and customer service principles.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of AML/CFT regulations.
