Online Campaign Manager – TikTok

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Social Specialist with deep TikTok expertise to join our performance team. You will own end‑to‑end TikTok campaigns, turning cultural insights and data into measurable business results across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, optimize, and scale TikTok paid campaigns from launch to performance reporting.
• Drive core KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and CVR while managing mid‑to‑large budgets.
• Design and execute testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce TikTok‑native content that resonates with target audiences.
• Analyze campaign data, generate actionable insights, and ensure accurate tracking via TikTok Pixel and GA4.
• Monitor platform trends, algorithm updates, and emerging formats.
• Support cross‑channel initiatives on Meta, YouTube, and other platforms when required.

Required profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in Paid Social or Performance Marketing.
• Hands‑on expertise with TikTok Ads Manager (mandatory).
• Proven ability to manage and optimize mid‑to‑large advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
