Operational Compliance Officer (Officer 2)

About the role

We are seeking an Officer 2 in Operational Compliance Services to join our global Investor Services group. You will play a key part in ensuring our client onboarding and ongoing monitoring processes meet the highest regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute AML and KYC procedures, reviewing documentation for completeness and ensuring data accuracy during client intake.
• Manage FATCA/CRS documentation, validate classifications, verify GIINs against IRS records, and conduct periodic reviews.
• Monitor compliance deadlines, perform basic risk assessments, and maintain regulatory documentation.
• Prepare regulatory reports, maintain tracking systems, and document findings for audit readiness.
• Provide client support for routine inquiries and follow escalation procedures for complex compliance matters.

Required profile

• Degree in Law or equivalent qualification; ACAMS orientation preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant compliance experience.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
