Outdoor Fundraiser – Face‑to‑Face Environmental Campaign

About the role

Join Greenpeace’s field team as an Outdoor Fundraiser, engaging the public in busy locations to raise awareness of environmental issues and recruit new supporters. You will work outdoors, representing the organisation positively while meeting fundraising targets.

Key responsibilities

• Engage members of the public in face‑to‑face conversations.
• Clearly explain the organisation’s mission and current campaigns.
• Recruit new regular donors in an ethical and professional manner.
• Meet daily and weekly fundraising targets.
• Represent the organisation positively at all times.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, results‑driven team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence approaching and speaking to the public.
• Positive attitude and resilience.
• Passion for environmental and social causes.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods.
• Sales, marketing, or fundraising experience is an advantage (training provided).
