Outdoor Salesperson – Face-to-Face Fundraiser

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Outdoor Salesperson to join our field team as a Face-to-Face Fundraiser. In this role you will engage the public in busy locations, raise awareness of environmental issues and recruit new supporters for our client’s vital work.

Key responsibilities

• Approach and converse with members of the public in high‑traffic areas.
• Clearly explain the organisation’s mission, campaigns and impact.
• Recruit regular donors in an ethical, professional manner.
• Meet daily and weekly fundraising targets.
• Represent the organisation positively at all times.
• Collaborate with a dynamic, results‑driven team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence when speaking to strangers.
• Positive attitude, resilience and passion for environmental and social causes.
• Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods.
• Sales, marketing or fundraising experience is an advantage, but not required – training provided.
