Paid Social Media Manager (Meta & TikTok)

About the role

We are looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to lead paid advertising on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok. The position is open to junior, intermediate and senior candidates, with responsibilities adapted to experience level.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
• Optimize campaigns against KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, conversions and engagement.
• Develop and maintain audience, targeting and retargeting strategies.
• Test and refine creatives, formats, budgets and bidding approaches.
• Monitor daily performance, identify risks and opportunities, and produce clear performance analyses.
• Collaborate with creative, data and account teams to ensure best practices in tracking, naming conventions and account hygiene.

Required profile

• Junior: first exposure or strong interest in paid social, basic knowledge of Meta or TikTok ads, analytical mindset.
• Intermediate: hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns end‑to‑end, solid understanding of optimisation levers, ability to work independently.
• Senior: proven expertise in performance‑driven paid social, strategic mindset, ability to scale accounts and advise stakeholders.
